Machines we Trust
In Machines We Trust podcast is about automation in our world. Automation is everywhere. Artificial Intelligence is at the core of these systems. They can make huge decisions based on large amounts of data. This fascinating topic should be on everyone's mind.

Susie Armstrong
This podcast covers many topics, including the advancement of AI technology. Susie Armstrong is the SVP of engineering at Qualcomm and discusses the current state of AI. She discusses how women can be part of the tech industry to help improve society and break down stereotypes.
Turing test by MIT Technology Review
The Turing test is a common test to see how intelligent computers can be. This test is not easy to complete correctly. A test subject is asked a series questions by an interrogator. The test takes places in separate rooms. There is no physical contact between them. The test subjects' responses are evaluated to determine if they can differentiate between human and non-human responses. If they answer one question differently from a machine, a human might fail the Turing Test.
The Turing test remains controversial. Critics argue that the Turing test doesn't measure intelligent behavior. To pass the test, a machine must be as intelligent as a person. The machine must also avoid appearing too intelligent, as solving computational problems that are impossible for a human to complete would prove it is not a human.

Qualcomm SVP of Engineering
A recent podcast featured Qualcomm SVP of Engineering Susie Armstrong. She spoke about the importance diversity and women in tech. She also talked about her professional journey, including how she rose from a student intern in Qualcomm to become a senior executive at Microsoft. She talked about the role of leadership in driving workplace equality. The show also examined the role and challenges of women in STEM fields.
